Value Engineering (VE) is a systematic and creative way of analyzing a site for the purpose of identifying essential function(s) and alternate methods to satisfy those essential functions in the most cost-effective manner. The result of application of VE is a decrease in cost and/or time while improving quality, reliability, durability, effectiveness and/or other desirable characteristics.

P.DiMarco has developed a systematic value engineering approach to comparing site design alternatives that will get the job done with the greatest efficiency, economy, and quality and the least delay. We work closely with our clients and project engineers to provide value-managed cost-effective site alternate designs.

P.DiMarco invests in the latest technology and software to aid in the VE Process. Our knowledge of earthwork operations combined with the most advanced computer software enables us to find the most cost effective site grading design to minimize unnecessary handling of earth and thus reducing cost to our customers. This technology is then transferred from the office to the field by incorporating our earthwork data with our GPS system. This allows for more accurate and faster production during earth moving operations while minimizing the need for traditional layout services, all of which saves our customers money.
