P. DiMarco & Co was contracted to complete site development while working within the guidelines of the EPA's Act 2 to help transform this West Norriton Township property through environmental clean up into a work, live and play community.
In addition to the restrictions imposed by environmental regulation, P. DiMarco had the added challenge of installing most of the utilities for the project below the level of the adjacent Schuylkill River. |

The total project ran approximately 14 months. By working together in a coordinated fashion, P. DiMarco completed initial layout, foundation excavation, sewer, water, and power line installation, back fill and grading and all other aspects of site work to the final striping of the parking lots and roadways.
As part of the utility installation, P. DiMarco fitted an approximately 40 foot wide, 60 foot long pre-cast modular CON/SPANŽ Bridge over an existing creek bed to protect the environment. |
