The challenge in many urban projects is the limited room to work, with many trades seeking the same limited areas. Working in conjunction with Intech Construction and Dranoff Properties, our first duties were to safely and effectively stabilize the site to support the new structures, while occupying as limited areas as possible. |

Due to the conditions of the existing soils, this challenge became even more difficult. Substantial undercutting was required which exposed existing utilities and old building foundations. |
