Project Administration
The Team Approach
P.DiMarco maintains a consistent personnel base year after year, from our top managers to our field personnel, making our employee team the best in the industry. From our estimators, project managers, and site superintendents to our foremen, operators and laborers, we work together as well disciplined team. Training for advances in technology, quality, and safety is an on-going process that ensures that our team will provide top quality workmanship in a safe working environment.
This Team Approach has allowed P.DiMarco to build an extensive knowledge base and gain experience in all types of site work projects that will be dedicated to success on your projects. By working together as a team with our customers and their designers at each stage of a project, we can work to meet all of our customer’s needs.
Communication
Communication is a challenging organizational issue regardless of company size or industry type. Ineffective communication creates barriers and inhibits efficient operations. At P.DiMarco, we have established structured business practices including standard operation meetings and a comprehensive organizational plan as the foundation for effective communication. These standard practices ensure communication becomes integral to our internal operations and provides for organizational business accountability.
By maximizing team communication between owner, design architects & engineers and P.DiMarco, we can reduce costs and increase construction efficiency by resolving potential conflicts and eliminating costly change orders through cost saving alternatives.
Construction Quality Control Plan
Project Managers and Site Superintendents at P.DiMarco & Co. Inc. are very experienced at performing construction contract administration to assure that the quality control standards are met. Due to the differing nature and needs of each of our projects, we establish a Construction Quality Control Plan before the start of work to:
- Adequately provide for the production of acceptable quality materials and constructed features.
- Provide sufficient information to assure both the Customer and the Design Engineer that the specification requirements are and have been met.
The elements of the Quality Control Program are put in place to provide effective control of all materials, workmanship, finish, and functional performance for the construction contract.
